Application form online which was quite a lengthy process. No CV upload only option, you had to break the cv down to fit into their format. It took a long time to hear back, but when I did I got a personal email from the hiring manager which was good, I was then invited to a single face to face interview.

Mostly scenario based questions, nothing non-standard. Where I'd faced difficulties/challenges with stakeholders, what tools and processes I was familiar with etc.

Through a recruiter and two interviews. They were very thorough and loads of competency based questions. A lot of discussions about development, the business and how I would fit in.
