I applied online, had a phone interview and then an in person interview a week later- then they just did not ever get back in touch with me. Very disappointing to have come in person and not receive any contact after having done so.

Great, the questions were pretty basic and they explained the process to me in detail. We talked a lot about customer service and what it takes to do great in this position.
