I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Georgette Klinger (New York, NY) in Feb 2011
Interview
Relaxed and brief over lunch with the regional manager. The regional manager explained a lot about the company and what they were looking for in an employee. Basically the customer was the most important person to their business. I provided my enthusiasm for the position and I would work hard to make sure the clients had a wonderful experiences when visiting. The regional manager explained why there was such a high turn over rate with employees. The high turn over rate was due to the difficult clients wanting perfection and she was looking for someone that was up for the challenge.
The over all interview process was not difficult.
