My experience began with an initial phone interview with a recruiter, which was professional and friendly. After that, I was invited to a panel interview with several members of the team I would be working alongside. Everyone was courteous and welcoming, and the conversation felt collaborative rather than intimidating. Most of the interview questions focused on teamwork, communication, and navigating feedback from clients or stakeholders—less on technical specifics, more on soft skills and cultural fit.
After the interview, I followed up with a thank-you email and also kindly asked for feedback regarding my candidacy or areas for improvement. Unfortunately, I never received a response or any closure, which was disappointing given how positive the interactions had been up to that point.
