My total interview timeline was about 2 weeks. I was called and offered an opportunity to apply for an open position. After applying online, I received a phone interview that same day. I was asked about my employment history and my educational background. It was a basic interview to get to know more about me. After my interview I did a placement test online the following day and than did another phone interview because I was applying for a bilingual position. This interview was less formal. It was to test my spanish skills and was more of a conversation than an interview. I was then given a call back the following day to schedule a face to face interview. That interview was scheduled for the following week. The interview was long and had more detailed questions, such as what do you do when faced with an angry customer, what do you do when a company's practices go against your views, what is your strongest point and your weakest point. I finished the interview and on my drive home I received a call from the HR department extending me an offer. I received an official letter via email, I printed it signed it and mailed it back to the company. I than had to wait for a drug screening and background check. I didn't officially start for another 3 weeks after the interview process was over.
