Gerdau New Graduate Training Program interview questions

Started out as most typical interview processes do (phone call with HR followed by a virtual interview with a few hiring managers) and they invited me to an on-site interview. I travelled 3+ hours to get to the on-site interview (not even including the round trip), which lasted ~4 hours. When I got there, it was clear they had no interest in the interview. Ghosted after three rounds of interviews, including meeting me in person. Not even an automatic form rejection email...shows how little the company respects potential candidates.
