It was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience, where the 1st interview with the recruiter was postponed 4 times, with 2 no-shows (no notice given). After which, it took them a long time to arrange the 2nd interview, just for them to cancel it 1 hour before it was supposed to take place because they had already filled the position. The whole process took 2 months (from first responding to the application to setting up the 2nd interview). Felt like they were simply stringing people along and keeping them as backup options, with no consideration for their time, effort, and interest.

Super schnelle Reaktion bzgl. Terminfindung, Anruf sehr pünktlich, sehr respektvolles und freundliches erstes Telefonat. Nach dem ersten Gespräch kam sehr schnell Feedback und Informationen über weiteres Vorgehen. Als Bewerber hat man tatsächlich das Gefühl, dass man sich bei Fragen jederzeit bei der HR Abteilung melden kann. Alles super!
