I applied online and got an email invitation a month later. The process was three stages. I got a call from a lady in HR, followed up by strategy manager & operations lead. Was offered the job subject to a satisfactory reference check. Team is highly disorganised and frankly dont know what they're doing when it comes to hiring. Evident by their lack of structure and absence of a HR team

Interview
One of the worst and non professional interview experiences. Went through 4 stages of an interview to be offered a different, less skilled role (just because they thought there is not enough experience - why go through an interview then?) Some people who were meant to attend the interview never attended, so the interviewer had to ask question by himself.
