I went through all the process including the final round and got a rejection email one week after(which is totally okay) the HR wrote a polite email and mentioned they would like to give feedbacks if I prefer to receive it, but no response at all after I confirmed that I am more than happy to have the feedback. 2. I felt like the some of the interviewers are not that professional. During the stakeholder interview, the interviewers didn’t not even have a proper self introduction and went directly to the question lists. 3. The technical case study is quite easy, not sure how would they make the evaluation among candidates. I received a email that they would like to proceed with mid level position rather than senior position due to the result of the technical case. My unbiased review is that the data team definitely is not mature enough to build a career there
