The whole process lasted 2.5 months and I only had two interviews during this time.
Both the role and the package seemed very interesting, shame for the recruitment process which dragged on forever.
The first time I was approached by HR, I was asked for my availability for the following week, but then I was not contacted with a slot and had to chase and wait another week for an interview to be arranged. I was then called about 1.5 hour before my interview by HR to be told that my interview needed to be rescheduled as the hiring manager was sick on that day. I was told they would get back to me with a new date and time, but that did not happen, so had to chase again and this time I was sent an interview feedback which of course did not refer to me but to another candidate!!! Eventually we managed to reschedule a second time, but this time I missed the call because my phone was not working, the hiring manager left me a voicemail asking me to call her back, that she would be available for the next 30 mins, so I called her immediately but no answer nor acknowledgement whatsoever. Went back to HR to reschedule a third time and finally after 1.5 months from first contact, I managed to have my first interview. From there, things ran quite smoothly and had a second interview about 10 days later, but then again silence for three weeks with HR giving me a timeframe for an update and then never getting back to me unless chased. Finally, after three weeks from my second interview and 2.5 months from first contact I was told I was unsuccessful.
I am a bit in two minds about it, as mentioned before, role and package were quite appealing, but the length of the process and the lack of organization and communication really worried me.
