Submitted resume, then had phone interview and then had an in person interview at their office at which point there was also a tour. Response came a week after that.

Applied online by sending resume/cover letter to HR. Heard back very quickly and scheduled a Skype interview. Process was smooth and interviewers were friendly. The Skype interview lasted about half an hour and I heard back from them within a week or two with a job offer. I was given two weeks to decide whether to accept the offer or not. They took my input in the interview to place me in a division that we both thought was best suited for me.
