The initial screening process included a Microsoft Teams virtual interview. The interviewer was pleasant and polite. It felt like a very impersonal experience though; questions were asked one after another, read off a script, just to tick off the boxes. The interviewer was likely a talent acquisition specialist and had very little technical depth to answer follow up questions for the role.
