Interview
Very relaxed at outlet store. Basic questions about previous experience and what you value. Look at their website and list that. Drug test after interview have one week to do it (urine) - must be 18 for all positions. Will differ from manager to manager but previous food or cash service is a bonus. Mention that you are here to make everyone's day special and want to add that wow factor to their day after they have viaited the store.

Interview
It was very formal. The person had a checklist of mostly yes or no logistical questions. The person who interviewed me was a manager at a different location than the one I was applying for. At the end, I was able to ask questions.
