I applied through a referral. The recruiter reached out a day later and scheduled me for an interview. Ghosted me and didn't show up and rescheduled again. Didn't show up the second time around either and didn't have the courtesy to send me a follow up email or apology or explanation or anything.
Hugely disappointing experience and waste of time.
Treat your candidates with respect. I probably wouldn't apply to Ghirardelli willingly again.

Extremely unprofessional and insincere. I applied through employee referral and the recruiter barely checked her email. The interview was rescheduled twice because of technical issues from her end. Don't count on them to communicate or have a basic sense of respect for candidates. The recruiter took 3 weeks to schedule, cancel and reschedule a simple phone screening!
