In person interview with questions about your experience followed by tour of school and fingerprints are required as well. Make sure to dress professionally. Nice receptionist and staff were present.
I applied online. I interviewed at Giant Steps (Lisle, IL)
Interview
The interview was completed over the phone. I was asked about my prior work experience and why I would like to work with children who have ASD. Then I was asked if I had an age preference for whom I would like to work with. The interview was very lighthearted and felt more like a conversation in a good way.
