Smooth interview process. I believe if they bring you in they have already made up their mind and looking for fit. Three rounds. The first two with directors and the last one with other associates.
They ghosted me after an in-person interview and ignored all my follow-up. Otherwise, it was a pretty normal interview and people were nice. Asked about my clerking experience and expectations and understanding of big law.
