The interview was over a zoom video. It was fairly laid back, professional questions and friendly interviewers. They asked about my job history, told me about the company, asked a few customer service based questions.

Initial phone interview followed up by zoom interview. Position was for a remote customer service. All questions were related to handling fast paced customer service and prioritizing the customer concerns.
