Gigaton interview questions

After an intiial call with the recruiter the main part was a 3 hour long interview - 1st hour pair programming, 2nd System design and 3rd Operating principles interview that all had to be done together. I did well on stage 1 and 3, not amazingly on the 2nd, and spent half of my day off from work to be able to do this, I didn't even get a rejection email. That's right I got ghosted. Red flag if you ask me don't waste your time with companies that don't treat candidates very well. I rate it negative because if one has to spend their day off to do a 3 hour long live interview and doesn't even get feedback to help them improve it's pointless and a waste of resources. There are hundreds of companies out there that I could have been interviewing with on that day. I also messaged the recruiter after a few weeks to ask and she ghosted me as well!
