Half a day. Research presentation to department middle management first thing, followed by questions. Then numerous rounds of small group and individual interviews with select department management and HR. Tour of the labs and plant at the end. Taxi to the airport right around noon. The hiring manager and a senior department manager took me out for dinner the night before. I was from out of town so they paid for all expenses during my trip, but submitting receipts for cabs and hotel was not an easy process. Basically it was a very draining morning, and rather intense considering I was interviewing for the absolute lowest position in the department. Apparently they don't make Research Associates (BSc level job) do presentations at the interview anymore, so that's a step in the right direction.
