I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Girls Inc (Oakland, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
The first step is a phone screen. They will ask you pretty basic questions. It was pretty easy. If you pass this part they will ask you right then and there if you passed or not. If you did they will ask you to come in for an in person. In person is pretty easy.

The interview process was straightforward and friendly. I had one interview with questions about my background, leadership experience, teamwork, and why I wanted to work at Girls Inc. They also asked behavioral questions and gave me time to ask my own questions.

I interviewed with Girls Inc. of Tarrant County. The process was unnecessarily prolonged, lasting over a month. Communication was consistent at first, but then I became an afterthought. A timeline was given and not followed. Finally, after multiple interviews and a presentation, instead of receiving an email from the hiring manager, I received a generic automated rejection. It showed a lack of common decency and was unprofessional, supporting the validity of other negative reviews.
