I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Girls Who Code (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
I submitted a resume and cover letter, and was contacted for a Skype interview with a former employee who had previously worked in the same summer teaching position I was applying for. The interview included questions about my experience as a programmer, some on-the-spot decision-making questions, and one technical question. The entire interview lasted about 45 minutes. It was pleasant and not at all stressful.

Interview
I was called for an interview within 2 days of application. A technical question was mailed in advance for the interview. the question was to find if there was a pair of numbers in an array that added to 100. I have to explain the algorithm as if I were teaching it to an overwhelmed student.
