Interview
Very straightforward and a mix of formal/informal questioning. The people who i interviewed with were very friendly and easy to talk with. My interview was on zoom and lasted about 30-40 minutes. Questions mainly consisted of previous experiences and soft skill assessment.

It was conducted through a video call, and they basically spoke about what and how they teach, asked about my background with children, where I was currently in school, how well I could handle tough classroom situations, and how to get an uninterested child interested in the material
