This interview process was very strange. I had a "screening" with a talent coordinator that lasted no more than 10 minutes. She didn't seem very interested in wanting too get to know me, just asked basic questions. Then it took 3 different talent coordinators to schedule my second interview with the hiring manager. There was an obvious misunderstanding or miscommunication between all of them because they were trying to confirm my interview at different times. I ended up interviewing with a hiring manager who legit told me he had no idea who I was, what position I was interviewing for, and where in the interview process I was in. He told me he was not the hiring manager that was even assigned to me but was "stepping in." It was not even an interview. He didn't ask me a single interview question. He asked me for an hour if I had any questions about the position and about the company. So I asked questions about the position, to which he had very little answers. So awkward. I asked questions about basic benefits. He said he'd ask the actual hiring manager and would get back to me with that information. The next week I got an automatic rejection letter...
