Had a call with recruiter.
Never heard back afterwards after the call.
The recruitment process also seems very strange on their side. They explain that they have multiple people being interviewed at the same time.
The process started off great, I was able to connect with the recruiter who reached out to me and then have a three hour panel session with the team.
It went downhill after the panel - I never heard back or received feedback so I’ve been completely ghosted which is sad because GitHub is such a large name. After reviewing the posts on here, I’m not the only one and they need to have better recruitment practices.
Just be honest if someone didn’t make it through or not.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked for a mock pitch of GitHub during the panel interview.
Screening interview and then with Sales Manager/leader. In the second interview, it was lot of repetition and that person had no clue who I was etc. Felt very rushed and not prepared from their side.

Interview
Recruiter call followed by Interview with hiring manager (not great experience as she was rude and dismissive). Then Automated message letting me know I didn’t get the job. No personal follow up
