All the steps of the interview where described at the job description page. From the very beginning you are told what to expect at each step. First call was with HR responsible, followed up by emails from the Candidate Experience Specialist, second call with direct manager, third call to present a demo.

What do you identify as the crucial characteristics of a Technical Account Manager?
The process of booking the interview with the recruiter, prior going forward of the hiring manager was quite simple.
The job description however did not really reflect what they are looking for, as it seems an devops engineer, or a person with devops background is what they are looking for.
