Initial phone interview to discuss my experience and the role. The recruiter recommended that i would be better suited to an Enterprise Account Executive role they were hiring for and expressed that the recruiter for that role would be in touch to interview within 2 days.
That was 3 weeks ago. This is the 2nd interview where i have been ghosted by Gitlab despite multiple follow ups.
In such a candidate scare market this is a disappointing and highly unprofessional. I expect better regardless of successful placement,

got contacted by the recruiter for a job that wasn't available on the website and other job board. got the interview with the hiring manager, even if they announced layoffs for the beginning of June

it was the same interview, nothing special 3-4 classic questions, like why this place, who you are, what are doing for creating your pipeline, what's your key of success in sales
