Initial screener went well, then a work test. Communication was very poor and I was surprised with the lack of professionalism of the organization. The recruitment process was uneven. Started off very well, then communication became quite poor and there was a lack of engagement.
The timelines were not communicated clearly and the agreed feedback dates were always moved with no clear communications prior. In addition, the feedback after a round of interview was very generic and scripted.
