Long interview process - which every employee on Givelify's side was late for. By far the most confusing take home assignment I've ever seen. The company has a total disregard for the interviewer's time, as evidenced by their lack of follow up once assignments are completed. I was asked to complete a long assignment prior to a panel interview. I was then asked to make revisions to it. As other reviews have mentioned, I was not given the opportunity to present in the panel interview. Never have I had my time disregarded more by an interview process.

I spent more time taking tests, assessments, and doing free work than actually speaking to a human about my skills. I should’ve heeded all the reviews on here that said the company will waste your time.
