I applied for the role via email and was scheduled for an interview relatively quickly. Interview was about 30 to 45 minutes, got a job offer after about 3 hours. Questions were quick, basic. Anyone with basic I.T. knowledge should be able to answer them. The soft questions were the usual - what are your bad traits, etc.

Submitted resume and got a phone call, one of my advisors from school told me about a this opportunity. After some detailed research, this is a small company and many of the people who work there have high level degrees. The interviewer held a PhD in geology.

Interview
After they pick your resume, you will have a phone call screening. This is about 15 min and simple and basic questions about data structure and basic knowledge. Then 2 or 3 in site interview with a panel of 2-3 people. The last interview will be with a CTO or CEO.
