Glass America interview questions

Easy and practical. Was not difficult at all. Management is super busy so it is on you to follow up on your interview status. There were three rounds of interviews, phone, and two in-person interviews. All very easy.

We talked over the phone about the job requirements I was asked questions to showhat I knew. Then we met and talked the job over more and found out what we both had to offer and what I would contribute to the company. And he went over pay and hours benefits and some things some people might not like but those things didn't bother me. So I decided yes and then we had to do DL check, Background check and a pre-employment drug screen. Then a few days later I received a call. So I went to work and worked with the manager the first few days so he could see how I installed now I'm in a van by myself installing with the Best Mobile Auto Glass Team in the business.
