The whole interview process took about 2 months, got ghosted after reference check. 2 rounds online assessments, first one is about UX the second one is about focus on detail which is used for testing developer. This process took about a month to hear back. 1 round virtual interview with project manager, HR and marketing manager, asked about resume experience and general questions. This took 2 weeks to hear back. 1 round on-side design test, took about 4 hours doing website design and giving advice for their current website. People are nice when they talked to you but after that didn't hear from them even though I followed up frequently. Took a lot of time and energy.
