Met with the recruiter first, then the manager of the office, then the escrow officer. Process was seamless, though it was quick and a little intense/aggressive. I enjoyed seeing the office and listening to everyone's story. It didn't feel too corporate.

Applied online. Recruiter calls you in for an interview and you have to do an escrow test. So be prepared for that. They are super friendly and make you feel welcome. They give you a tour of the place. Not guaranteed a position. Honestly, they should just give a tour if applicants are hired instead of wasting their time.
