It was a lengthy interview of 50 mins approximately with more personality based questions than technical. The interviewers were friendly and less scrutinizing. They focused on the resume provided to them and job description given by them.

There was a first interview with HR & team member and then another with the MD of the division that I was applying for. From there it was then up to a decision
