Two phone interviews, followed by two Zoom interviews, then assigned a special "unpaid" project and given a week to prepare then present remotely. Lots of unnecessary flaming hoops to jump through. Too indecisive, no response, no feedback, major waste of time, effort, and resources. Should know by the 2nd interview whether or not you want to hire someone.
