Glidian interview questions

I applied for a role with Glidian and heard back in less than a week to schedule a phone screen. I spent about 4 weeks interviewing and I completed a total of 4 interviews: phone screen, hiring manager, culture interview, and a presentation to a small panel. HR communicated quickly and frequently about the next steps and what to expect. If they were unable to provide an update when they indicated they would, they contacted me to inform me of the delay. I always knew where I stood with Glidian.

I interviewed over the phone. Guy was kind of awkward and difficult to talk to, though I get nerves during interviews so that probably didn't help. He asked me a system design question that IMO was pretty open-ended but I got the feeling he was searching for a specific answer. Oh yeah, and this was specifically supposed to be an introduction call with no technical questions asked.
