I applied online and ended up talking with a LinkedIn recruiter that was basically an intern, who didn't understand the questions he was asking or my answers. He then shared the notes with the Glint recruiter and I did not move forward. This is a terrible way to screen candidates, shows a lack of respect and you will drop some great ones along the way.
