I was first contacted through LinkedIn. Then the recruiter scheduled for a phone call, asked for basic questions like tell me more about yourself and such. After I passed that one, I was asked to do a personality test. Once I submitted the result via email, I was then scheduled for another interview with the department lead. Questions being asked was alright, such as have you been in a difficult position and how did you cope with it. Next, I was asked to do a task and should finish doing that in 2hours time. It was to test my research and writing skills. Finally, I was arranged to have in-person interview with 3 other people in the team... In a nutshell, it really was a very long recruitment process..........
