I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gloat (Tel Aviv-Yafo)
Interview
The recruiter talked reached out by phone. We settled several tech interviews which handled on Zoom.
I applied to a Full-Stack position. The hiring process included 3 tech interviews (rather easy, basic questions really). However after I got in, I realized the job-description was nothing alike I was looking for. We decided together that it won't fit - and I was about to drop it, when they *suddenly created the position* I was looking for. and then - 4 more interviews.
2.5 weeks later, they got back to me, apologies and saying that they cannot had this new position as they thought, and they hired someone else instead. This came as total surprise. They didn't mentioned anything that could have predict it sooner.
I will mention that the interviewers and hiring stuff was kind and caring. Great people, tech and management. They were respectful throughout the process; but weren't honest eventually.
Bottom line - worth interviewing for, but don't rise your expectations, keep looking for other jobs.
