The interview lasted roughly half a day. It began with a ~45 minute presentation about my previous work in design and fabrication. The audience was mostly upper level management including the CTO a few department managers. The presentation was followed by one on one interviews with the folks who attended, a representative from HR and ended with a tour of the fabrication facility .
