Interview
I was invited to an interview, though it was not very organized. The interview ended up with a lunch, and made me feel like I will be invited for the 2nd round. Well I never heard from them. Very unprofessional. They claim to be open culture, flexible but there should be at least a clear procedure when it comes to interviews. An individual is taking his time to see you, so take the time to give a clear yes or no answer. Really disappointing.

Interview
first: phone interview pretty basic
second: in person panel interview. Very similar to the phone but in person and super laid back
third: skype interview with North American Director; a little tougher questions but very similar to the first two interviews
