It was nearly a 6 Month process! Having gone through 4 interviews, including phone. Ridiculously long process (including a home assignment), and shows an utter lack of respect. I got to the last stage, only to have it scuttled by a lead programmer that was concerned I wasn't familiar with some programming language. Appalling treatment.

Interview
Online interview process through Zoom with 3 Global Fishing Watch staff members. Interview was fairly informal with structured questions about my CV and past experiences as well as specific questions related to the role.

Dou you have experience of gaining feedback from stakeholders and what did you do with the feedback?
I interviewed in February and was told I'd receive an update in regards to next steps by the end of March. I've followed up a couple time of times. It's now mid-April, and I haven't heard anything. It's very disappointing to put time and effort into an interview process only to be ghosted.
