Global Shares interview questions

I was asked to do an online code pair session with two managers without a decent IDE or error checking. This process was very awkward. They said they were impressed by me and I did this 100% correctly and answered all their questions correctly. They also said I was a good fit for the role. I still did not get an offer? Process: 1. Basic Technical Questions by HR!? 2. Code pair technical interview by Technical Managers 3. Technical Questions by technical managers 4. No HR presence for HR Questions

Lengthy process with poor communication throughout. I was asked to prepare a presentation that took weeks and no one ever looked at it. Whole process was over 6 months with no update at the end, I had to reach out. Team member in America came across very rude and condescending during the interview. I was recommended for a different position which was a further time waste
