I went through 3 interviews. Very focused on what I could bring to the company, and how I could grow professionally. Very straightforward as long as you're prepared and know what GSMI is about.

Met with the CEO. Then met with the President. Took about 2 weeks and then I was called and offered a position that I took. It's been a great experience working in a company that values my innovation in program development.
