I had a video interview with one of the talent consultants, she was warm and friendly, she explained what that company was all about and the expectations for teachers and the proceeded to ask questions.

Interview
I was able to schedule via Calendly. The interview was approximately 45 minutes and I was asked to submit a resume and references in advance. The interviewer was nice and thorough and asked many questions and also explained the process and job expectations.
