Interview
basic screening test, interview with manager, interview with practice head.
screening test is very sinple basic maths, english , excel, english and an essay.
interview with manager is about the specific industry that paticular manager's team is working on. mostly about the market size and market leaders in that industry.
interview with practice head is more like HR round.
overall interview is pretty simple if you have general business knowledge on the paticular industry of the manager.
competition is not much as attrition rate at this company is pretty high.
1st is the written exam, if we qualify in that next One interview with senior analyst , if we qualify in that next HR interview., they will select few and offer half of them and keep hold next half
It was good consisting of 4 rounds.
First round group discussion and second round written test consists of different sections maths aptitude english and essay writing and other topics.
Third round is the technical round.
Fourth round about the core technical with senior employee.
The interview process was easy and over all good. It was not that difficult just accounting and finance concepts should be clear and also stay updated about current affair questions.
