Interview
I went to the campus interview and the interviewer was kind and knowledgeable, he gave me a lot of semiconductor process and device related questions and I answered only part of it. He gave me some hints when I was getting confused. After interview. After the interview, he immediately offered me a job, and I accepted it right after. It's my first job and I know it's just the right one I'm looking for.

During the interview, I was a bit nervous and suddenly couldn't recall capacitor's charge to capacitance formula. The interviewer game me some hints and guided me to derive the formula out.

Interview
The interview was held by 3 person and was over the phone. After brief discussion about my general background, the interviewers asked question about characteristics of a CMOS transistor, its working principle and tested my understanding of different characterization graphs. I was also asked to share my own thoughts on practical situations that engineers will face during working in GF.
