Interview for a Consultant position.
5 stages of Interview in the span time of 3 months.
The interviews were:
- 1 Telephone interview
- 3 Business Cases
- 1 HR interview
I passed all the stages but in the end they choose another candidate with "Industry Experience"
After 5 interviews they do not even keep you in the loop for new positions; Time Wasters
Quick cultural and fit chat with HR, then consulting interview.
Was tough and numerical based. A lot of mental math, be prepared for that in advanced. Good practice is recommended from online sources such as PrepLounge.

Interview
I had three interview rounds with Globalpraxis. The first round was with a manager, and the case was straightforward. The second round was with a senior manager, also a normal case without anything particularly difficult. The third round was with a partner, and this one was different — he gave me an Excel file and asked me to walk him through how I would solve it. It wasn’t a hard case, but it was mainly about showing my structure, how I think with data, and how I communicate my approach while working through the numbers.
