I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globe Life (Calgary, AB) in Oct 2020
Interview
Unorthodox - you sit through a 35-45 minute sales pitch. You can not ask questions during this part of the "interview". Strong pass. After this process I not only don't want to work for Globe Life - I wouldn't want to be their customer either.
I was offered a follow up interview but declined.
I received one last email that was short, insulting, and informed me that I was not a good fit.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions were asked you just sit through the sales pitch in order to get to the next step - several candidates are all part of this process but the presenter did not indicate how many.
I applied online. I interviewed at Globe Life (Orange, CA) in Jun 2026
Interview
Interview was great! First was an online explanation of company. Then they group interview with few more applicants to explain the licensing requirements. They explained they cannot fully train until you are licensed in CA.
Interview questions [1]

Ask to share about yourself and if interested. They are upfront about being a commission only pay.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Globe Life (Dallas-Fort Worth) in May 2026
Interview
Getting the interview was not difficult. But, the interview was rescheduled multiple times due recruitment scheduling conflicts. Seemed unorganized. The process felt unprofessional. The interview took over two weeks to happen.
It's not actually a customer service position. They try to rope you into sales which requires an insurance license. They advertise opportunities for employment under many different job descriptions, but it all comes back to insurance sales
