I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Globo Home (Canfield, OH) in May 2014
Interview
There were two interviews via Skype, and then an in person test covering C++ and SQL knowledge. The interviews seemed to go really well -- I thought both of the interviewers (different each time) were personable and easy to talk to (despite my nerves), and I thought both conversations were really productive and informative. However, although the in-person test did not show me at my best (and I am very aware of that), I did not get an offer. This does not distress/offend me, as I knew when I took the programming test that a job there wasn't in the offing, and having seen the office space, I was unsure of my fit there anyways. What I do find unforgivable is that not only did I not get an offer, I didn't even get an email to let me know I was no longer being considered! After the in-person test, I have never heard from this company again. Don't hire me, fine, okay, but at least tell me I'm not what you're looking for.

Question 1
Nothing was too difficult or out-there, probably because it was an entry-level position.
Hello - Thank you for your feedback. I am aware that we were not providing follow-ups to those whom we did not make offers at the time this review was written. We have since updated our hiring procedures and now make contact with candidates who make it this far in the interview process to let them know where they stand.
