Yes, in the current covid world we are conducting most interviews over video. As we look forward towards normalcy we will be turning more and more towards face to face.
During the course of the interview, we already have evaluated your educational background, what course you have selected, and in campus placement, even what subjects you have learned.
During the interviews, we try to ascertain your uniqueness, your softer skills and any practical work - project, assignments, internships, articles, labs etc that you have done are of great value for us and add as a bonus factor getting you ahead of the que.
